PURPOSE:To prevent thermosetting resin from oozing out at the thermosetting time by immersing an insulating tape of the outermost layer with hardening catalyst of hardening temperature lower than that to be immersed in an insulating tape of the inner layer. CONSTITUTION:A strand insulator 2 is coated on the outer periphery of a conductor 1 for a coil of an electric machine, and a ground insulating layer 3 and an outer layer insulator 4 are sequentially coated on the outer periphery of the insulator 2. The layer 3 and the insulator 4 are composed of insulating tapes, and the hardening temperature of hardening catalyst which is contained in the insulating tape of the outer layer insulator 4 is lower than that of the hardening catalyst which is contained in the insulating tape of the layer 3. In this manner, thermosetting resin which is immersed in the insulating tape of the outermost layer is early hardened, and the oozing of the thermosetting resin which is immersed in the insulating tape of the inner layer can be prevented. |
