PURPOSE:To simplify manufacture a rotor by punching a steel strip in the prescribed shape, spirally twisting by continuous cold rolling the strip and then pressing the strip. CONSTITUTION:Grooved notches 5a are formed at one side and the strip is spirally twisted planarly by continuous cold rolling with the other side disposed inside and cut in the prescribed length. Then, the spiral strip 8 is pressed and secured at the outer periphery in the state spirally twisted intimately in contact. Subsequently, a rotational shaft is inserted fixedly into an axial hole which is formed at the inside edge. Thus, the manufacture of the rotor can be simplified, and the sectional shape of the strip is spirally superposed. In this manner, the magnetic characteristics similar to the rotor of axially superposed and punched type from the strip can be provided. |
