CONSTITUTION:The aimed product obtained by laminating a food, seasoning and/or spice formed into the shape of sheets on the interior and/or exterior of a paste product consisting essentially of fish meat and/or cattle meat. Specifically, e.g., a raw material consisting essentially of ground fish meat is formed into the shape of sheets and laminated on a kneaded material of sorbitol, carrageenan, locust bean gum, freeze-dried carrot power and seasoning formed into the shape of sheets by hot-air drying. The resultant laminate is subsequently thermally coagulated to afford the above-mentioned product. |
