PURPOSE:To relax stress and carry out low temperature extrusion at high speed while sufficient kneading, dispersion and uniform resin temperature of thermoplastic resin is secured and manufacture an extrusion molded product of high quality, by mounting at least one gear pump between a first extruder and a second extruder. CONSTITUTION:A gear pump 8 is mounted on a connecting tube 4 connecting a first extruder 3 and a second extruder 5 to knead and uniform completely molten resin extruded by the first extruder 3. Also, as the gear pump 8 is disposed in the middle of the connecting tube 4, it is not required to change the design of the extruder itself and its equipment cost is almost not increased. Further, as the gear pump is designed to be controlled by a controller C2 in a manner to maintain the pressure value constant basing on the sensed pressure values of pressure sensors P2 and P3, the first and second extruders 3 and 5 can be automatically linked and adjusted. |
