<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the conveying of lead frame with high accuracy, by surely fixing the lead frame with a clamper or a lead frame presser on conveying rails. CONSTITUTION:A lead frame 1 is horizontally suspended between two conveying rails 2a, 2b, and fixed with a lead frame presser 5. When an opening and closing member 7 is ascended by a cylinder 6, an upper clamper 3 firstly is moved by a spring 12, and holds and retains the lead frame 1 together with a lower clamper 4. At the same time, the lead frame presser 5 is pulled up against a spring 13 by the opening and closing member 7, and leaves the lead frame 1. The lead frame 1 retained by the clampers 3, 4 is carried by a specified amount, in accordance with a driving part 10 which is moved along a guide rail 2c by a servomotor 8. When the opening and closing member 7 is descended by the cylinder 6, the inverse sequence is performed, thereby avoiding the failure such that the lead frame 1 is shifted and the conveying accuracy is decreased.</p> |
