Tapered air-duct (2) is formed in frames (1,1') with a cushion (3). Vibration plates (4) are installed on the upper and lower sides of the cushion (3). Piezo-electric devices (5) are attached to each vibration plate (4) and a supporting bracket (6) is placed between the piezo-electric devices. The frames (1,1') are covered with a protection net (7).
