PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition giving a molding having excellent in impact resistance, flow, heat resistance and surface appearance, by adding an olefin copolymer to a resin composition comprising a specified thermoplastic polyester and a specified aromatic polyester. CONSTITUTION:The title composition is prepared by adding 0.5-50 pts.wt. olefin copolymer (C) to 100 pts.wt. resin composition comprising 5-95 pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester (A) comprising a dicarboxylic acid component based on terephthalic acid and a diol component based on an at least one alkylene glycol component selected from among ethylene glycol, 1,4-butanediol and 1,6- hexamethylene glycol and 95-5 pts.wt. aromatic polyester (B) which forms an anisotropic molten phase, comprising at least one kind of a structural formula selected from among formulas I-III. In the formulas, X is formula IV or V, Y is formula VI, VII, VIII or the like, Z is formula IX, X or the like, the carbonyl groups of the dicarboxylic acid component of formula II are meta and/or para to each other. |
