<p>PURPOSE:To allow a card to reflect little light at night or at a dark place and to utilize the reflecting effect thereof, by printing or coating a private card such as a telephone card or a money settling card with a paint having a reflecting characteristic or laminating a reflecting tape thereto. CONSTITUTION:A paint having a reflecting characteristic, a luminous paint or a tape coated with said paint is applied to a private card or a money settling card such as a credit card to allow the card to reflect and emit light. The card becomes easy to look and utilize at night or at a dark place. Because of the private card or money settling card, said card can be saled in each concert site and also becomes a means for enhancing stage effect by the use thereof.</p> |
