PURPOSE:To reduce the dispersion of contact resistance and keep the restrike occurrence probability small by forming a hydrogen source storing vacuum valves and feeding hydrogen to a brazing chamber having a brazing heater with a hydrogen storing alloy. CONSTITUTION:Vacuum cocks 23 and 28 are closed, a vacuum cock 24 is opened, the space between the vacuum cocks 23 and 28 is exhausted and substituted with the inert gas discharged from an inert gas storage chamber. The temperature of a hydrogen storing alloy 25 in a hydrogen storing alloy storage chamber 27 is adjusted with a temperature regulator 26 to discharge hydrogen from the hydrogen storing alloy 25, the vacuum cock 28 is opened, the space between the vacuum cocks 23 and 28 is gradually substituted with hydrogen. After it is sufficiently substituted, an object to be connected which is stored in a brazing chamber 20 and stuck with eutectic silver solder is heated and brazed with silver solder. The dispersion of contact resistance is thereby reduced, and the restrike occurrence probability can be kept small. |
