<p>Aq. detergents and bactericides for cleaning and disinfection in the food industry contain 25-75% pure H2SO4, 0.10-5% of >=1 long chain (12-18C) ethoxyamine (with NH2 gp subst. by >=1 - CH2CH2OH), and 0.05-10% of >=1 non-ionic surfactant (condensate of alkyl phenols or fatty alcohols with 5-20 moles ethylene or propylene-oxide). The cleaner does nor corrode Al, Cu stainless steel and is effective in removing scale esp in the brewing and milk industries.</p> |
