PURPOSE:To improve the linearity of a current by combining a differential amplification circuit with a current mirror circuit having two outputs and thereby removing the non-linearity of an amplifying element. CONSTITUTION:When input signals V1 and V2 are impressed on gates FET2 and FET5 through input terminals T1 and T2 respectively, the voltage between the gate and source of FET2 and FET3 and a drain current turn to be fixed constantly irrespective of the values of the input signals V1 and V2. As the result, the difference between the input signals V1 and V2 is generated at both ends of resistors 3 and 4 and thus a linear signal current (V1-V2)/(R1+R2) which is proportional to the difference between the input signals flows through the resistors 3 and 4. Accordingly, the linearity of the current being proportional to the differential voltage of a voltage impressed on an input can be improved by such a constitution. |
