PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a channel and simultaneously, to control the arrival delay of data so as to be equal to a fixed value or below by establishing, extending, and integrating systems based on a result in which a control node measures a channel utilization factor. CONSTITUTION:Plural control nodes 10 (for example, 10a, 10b and 10c) and plural general nodes 11 (for example, 11a, 11b-11e) are mutually connected by a transmission medium. A communication system is composed. For the transmission medium, a channel 7 for a communication and channels 8 for transmitting information are provided. The channel 7 for the communication is used for the communication between the control nodes 10 and general nodes 11. For example, the control nodes 10a selects unoccupied one of the channels 8 for transmitting information, the channel is designated to, for example, the general node 11a, and next, the control node 10a periodically measures the selected channel 8 for transmitting information. Based on the result, the communication systems to use other channels are extended, or two communication systems are integrated. |
