PURPOSE:To narrow an interval between cut-off blocks, to obtain a necessary dimension, and simultaneously, to prevent the propagation of a waveguide by forming RF choking circuits on a film sheet and fitting one side of the cut-off blocks to grounding conductors in sandwiching the film sheet. CONSTITUTION:RF choking circuits 60 and 62 are formed on a film sheet 58, and connecting parts 60a and 62a formed in respective one edges of respective RF choking circuits 60 and 62 are connected to patterns 44a and 44a, respectively. Connecting parts 60b and 62b of the other edges are connected with DC bias terminals 52 and 54. Cut-off blocks 68 and 70 are provided in parallel to a strip conductor 44, and by fitting the cut-off block 68 of one side onto the grounding conductor 44 and fitting the cut-off block 70 onto a grounding conductor 42 in sandwiching the film sheet 58, the RF choking circuits 60 and 62 are formed to be a film sheet circuit while both surfaces are insulated, and the cut-off block 70 can be fitted to the grounding conductor 42 in sandwiching the film sheet 58. |
