PURPOSE:To miniaturize and to reduce the cost by destaticizing the surface of a photosensitive drum by having the photosensitive drum rotate at least one additional time along an exposure device after image formation is completed. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive drum 1 is rotated at least one additional time after the completion of image formation, and during that time, all the surfaces of photosensitive drum are irradiated by a light beam 4 from an exposure device and destaticized. Because a copying machine is stopped after that operation, a destaticizer can be eliminated. |
