<p>PURPOSE:To unify the title body with simple assembling work, and to attain assembly with a single automatic assembling machine by unitedly coupling an approximately cylindrical first member having a flange on the one edge side of the magnetic tape guide body to a second member having the flange on the other edge part and being equipped with a female screw. CONSTITUTION:A tape guide 20 to be a tape guide body is made into an united structure by inserting, with pressure, a second member 22 having a flange 22a on the other edge part and being equipped with a female screw part 22b into a cylindrical first member 21 having a flange part 21a on the one edge side. The member 21 of the tape guide 20 is manufactured with a stainless material by a lathe processing, etc., and in order to facilitate the processing of the female screw 22 to the second member 22, the material such as a non-magnetic alumi num alloy is used. Further, the female screw part 22b of the second member 22 is screwed into a male screw part 9a provided on a shaft supporting body 9 assembled at a Chassis 8, it is fixed with adhesives 23, the tape guide 20 is manufactured with the simple assembling work, and fitted to the Chassis 8.</p> |
