<p>PURPOSE:To improve reliability by providing a sensing element which can sense a moving body in whatever direction it is located. CONSTITUTION:A sensing element scans on two kinds of sensing elements in whichever direction between axes X and Y a substance to be detected moves. In other words, the sensing elements sorted by oblique lines and dots are connected electrically in a state wherein polarities thereof are contrary to each other, and they are accommodated in one set or two in one package. By constructing a sensor in this way, the reliability can be increased.</p> |
