PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a rule input operator and to form a system with high efficiency by deciding a selecting item based on the data stored in a storing means in case the question form decided by the question data designates the selection of a menu. CONSTITUTION:When a rule and a question sentence are supplied by a rule input operator via a specialist input/output part 40, a system retrieves the data table of a question data memory part 50 to check whether or not a rule having the same fact name and same attribute name is already supplied with an if- conditional sentence defined as the data. If not, a data table is produced at the part 50. When an if-part of the rule is questioned, a question generating mechanism part 60 decides whether the question includes a variable or not. If so, it is decided that the question form designates the selection of a menu. Then the question generation data table of the part 50 is retrieved for production of a question via the display of the menu. |
