<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of noise from a clearance of a solenoid brake member in a rotary shaft controller which brakes a brake disc mounted on a rotary shaft by making the filler between the friction part of the brake disc and the rotary shaft from resilient material. CONSTITUTION:Since the brake disc member 25 stuck to the end part of a ball screw 4 is integrally formed, the ball screw 4 generates no noise and make smooth movement when it turns. If power failure occurs, an exciting coil 31 contained in a field 29 cannot attract an armature 14 so that a coiled spring 30 press an armature 14 to force a brake disk 27 internally. The disk 27 is a resilient member, which is able to be deformed resiliently in the thrust direction. Furthermore, shoes 28a and 28b are pressed by the armature 14 to hold the disk 27 between the shoes 28a and 28b via a slide plate 24 so that the friction force is generated to brake the turning torque of the ball screw 4.</p> |
