<p>A frozen or lyophilized liposome preparation containing a water-soluble high-molecular substance as the active ingredient, which contains gelatin, albumin or polyethylene glycol in the inner aqueous phase of liposome. This preparation does not cause oozing of the high-molecular substance upon freezing or lyophilization, thus being quite useful as a liposome preparation of such a substance.</p> |
