摘要 The invention relates to a method for measuring the activation of cells in a cell suspension, of whole blood cells or of components of blood plasma which are conveyed through a porous part. Used in this case as porous part is a part (3) which is provided with passages (2) whose diameter is of the order of the size of the cells or the components. In one step using the part (3), the filtration or volume-based flow rate of a reference liquid passing through the part (3) is measured. Then, in another step using the same part (3), the filtration or volume-based flow rate of the cell suspension, whole blood cells or components of the blood plasma passing through the part (3) is measured. Finally, in a subsequent step, the relative filtration or volume-based flow rate resulting from the measured filtration or volume-based flow rates is determined as a measure of the activation. <IMAGE>
