PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement of operating efficiency by avoiding an inversion and insertion operations of a tube, by a method wherein a reviving material of a branch pipe is inserted into the branch pipe, a protective hose is pulled out, a tubular lining material is pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the branch pipe and curing resin infiltrated into the tubular lining material is cured. CONSTITUTION:A reviving material 1 of a branch pipe is constituted of by incorporating a filmy tube 3, tubular lining material 4, tube 5 and circulation hose 6 into a protective hose 2 integrally and a guide cone 7 is joined together with the tip part. The reviving material 1 of the branch pipe is passed through into a main pipe 12 from a manhole 11, a rope 9 led out through the tip part is wound up round a winch 14 and the reviving material 1 of the branch pipe is inserted into the branch pipe 15. Winding up is suspended at a point of time when a stopper part 4a of the tubular lining material 4 abuts against the fringe of an opening part 15a and the protective hose 2 is pulled out upward. Water is cast within the tube 5 and the tubular lining material 4 and filmy tube 3 are pressed against inner circumferential surface of the branch pipe 15. Warm water generated by a boiler 18 is fed within the tube 5, thermosetting resin infiltrated into the tubular lining material 4 is warmed and cured and necessary lining is applied to the inner circumferential surface of the timeworn branch pipe 15. |
