发明名称 Printed circuit board
摘要 It is known for a printed circuit board (1) to be provided with contact pins (2, 3) without soldering. This is achieved using the pressing-in or push-fit technique, by the contact pin having a resilient region in which it is spread, for example, into two spring limbs (8, 9) which are arranged in a V-shape and whose external contour has a somewhat larger circumference than that of the hole (4). Once the contact pin (2, 3) has been pushed into the hole (4), the spring limbs (8, 9) ensure a good gas-tight electrical and mechanical connection between the contact pin and the metallisation (5) of the printed circuit board hole (4). Good seating of the contact pin in the hole (4) is not ensured in the case of very thin printed circuit boards. The printed circuit board (1) is therefore extended by domes (11, 12) in the region surrounding the metallised hole (4). In consequence, it is also possible to use the push-in technique in the case of printed circuit boards whose material thickness is less than a minimum amount. <IMAGE>
