Known heating methods in which heated air is employed have either the disadvantage of a very high air temperature which results in an impairment of one's health or the disadvantage that a costly heat pump is required. These advantages are to be overcome by the invention. In the new method, air is heated underneath an absorbent roof skin, behind an absorbent facade cladding, in a gap between two window wings and in an exhaust-air heat exchanger and is supplied either immediately into rooms to be heated or to a long-term thermal-energy accumulator. As a result, the solar energy striking a building is optimally utilized and the operating costs are very low. The new method is suitable especially for use in suitably equipped relatively small dwelling houses, but also for office buildings, school buildings and like structures.
