PURPOSE:To automatically change over loads mounted on a vehicle by detecting the entrance of the vehicle into a tunnel or the like during travel by a noise detecting means to change over the loads such as air conditioner unit and light mounted on the vehicle to the condition corresponding to the environmental requirements. CONSTITUTION:When an intake door 9 of an air conditioner unit as a load mounted on a vehicle is operated to the opening side of an atmosphere intake port 2 and a vehicle enters a tunnel, the output of a microphone 11 for measuring noise level is increased. Then the noise signal is amplified by an amplifier 14 in a control circuit 12 and averaged in the term of time by a smoothing circuit 15. Next, the output S2 and the output S3 of a delay circuit 16 for delaying the output S2 of said circuit 15 by a predetermined time are supplied to the input of an operating amplifier 17 to obtain the deviation S4. An actuator 13 is operated by the output of a comparator 18 generated when that deviation S4 exceeds a reference level to pivot said door 9 in the direction of closing said intake port 2 for preventing the introduction of polluted air in the tunnel.
