摘要 PURPOSE:To correspond to the arbitrary number of picture elements by changing the frequency of the transferring clock of a CCD when the aspect ratios of the CCD and a monitor are not coincident. CONSTITUTION:In a synchronizing signal generating circuit 2, a synchronizing signal such as a vertical synchronizing signal fv and a horizontal synchronizing signal fh, etc., is formed for the processing of an image pick-up output signal. On the other hand, in a clock generating circuit 3, a transferring clock fck of the CCD is formed. The frequency of a basic clock fi to the synchronizing signal generating circuit 2 and the frequency of the basic clock to the clock generating circuit 3 are different. Accordingly, the horizontal synchronizing signal fh, which is formed in the synchronizing signal generating circuit 2, and the signal of a horizontal frequency, which is formed by dividing the basic clock to the clock generating circuit 3, are phase-compared and a VC04, which generates the basic clock to the clock generating circuit 3, is controlled by this phase comparing output. Thus, when the image pick-up output of the CCD is supplied to the monitor, the picture element is prevented from flowing.
