PURPOSE:To provide a simple and reliable magnetic field compensation system for equalizing magnetic fields generated from two superconducting magnets by providing superconducting loop circuits crossing the magnetic fluxes of the magnets, and so short-circuiting both loop circuits in the superconducting state as to cancel electromotive forces generated from the two loop circuits. CONSTITUTION:In a superconducting magnet device having two superconducting magnets 1, 2 necessary to equalize generated magnetic fields, superconducting loop circuits 3, 4 crossing the magnetic fluxes of the magnets 1, 2 are provided, and the circuits 3, 4 are so short-circuited in a superconducting state as to cancel the electromotive forces generated from the circuits 3, 4. Thus, when magnetic fluxes generated by the magnets 1, 2 in the circuits 3, 4 are different, the difference is compensated to generate a correction current for equalizing magnetic fluxes PHI1, PHI2 crossing the circuits 3, 4 to be automatically fed. Accordingly, even if a correction coil is not provided, the magnetic field can be compensated, and a compensation system becomes simple and reliable. |
