摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the processing accuracy in the depth direction by detecting the distance between the top of a tool and the top of a pressure foot and controlling the moving amount of the tool from the relative movement start to the processing finish between a spindle head and the pressure foot based on this distance and the processing depth set in advance. CONSTITUTION:The distance l2 between the top of a drill 15 and the top of a foot 18 is obtained by the difference between the relative moving amount between a spindle head 9 and a pressure foot 18 and the reaching position of the drill 15. In a control device 34, the processing depth 13 set in advance is added to the distance l2 and the relative moving amount of the head 9 and the foot 18 necessary for processing is set as a feeding amount. In processing, when the foot 18 comes in contact on a multi-layer circuit board 1 and the relative moved amount of the head 9 and the foot 18 is equal to above feeding amount, the rotation of a servo-motor 12 is stopped or reversed. Thus, the processing with high accuracy against the processing depth l3 set in advance can be performed.
