Metering and pouring device for liquids

A metering and pouring device for liquids has a tubular sealing element which can be inserted in a sealed-off manner into a bottle or container mouth and in which a likewise tubular, coaxial metering element is mounted in a sealing manner so as to be limitedly rotatable about its longitudinal axis. The metering element is closed on the pouring side by a cross-wall which contains at least one pouring aperture and bears actuating means, by means of which the metering element can be turned between two angular positions relative to the sealing element. In a first angular position, the pouring aperture of the metering element is closed by a closure wall of the sealing element whereas inlet apertures leading laterally into the metering element are open; in the second angular position, the pouring aperture is open whereas the inlet apertures are closed.
