The method for preparing N,N'-carboxylate amidine groups of compd. (I) and their salts is presented. In compd. (I), R1=substituted phenyl at p-position by (C1-4) lower alkylthio, (C1-4) lower alkansulphynyl, (C1-4) lower alkoxy or halogen; tienyl, or substituted pyridyl by (C1-4) lower alkyl; R2=carboxylmethyl or (C1-5) lower alkoxy carbonylmethyl; Ph=(C1-4) lower alkoxy or substituted 1,2-phenylene at p-position by halogen; alk=vinylene.
