<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to certainly remove a burr caused by machining by the simple operation of a removing device by arranging an electrode having a shape nearly similar to a head fixing opening part on a face opposite to the opening part, and making electrolytic polishing remove the burr formed on the edge of the opening part. CONSTITUTION:An electrode 6 is fixed so that it may be opposite to a fixing opening 3 with a little gap provided between them when an upper drum cylinder 4 has been mounted on a peripheral edge of a supporting base 5, and a face opposite to the opening 3 of the electrode 6 is formed into a curved face nearly similar in diameter to the upper drum cylinder 4. The electrode 6 is connected to a negative side of a power source 8, and the upper drum cylinder 4 to a positive side of the power source 8. Consequently, an edge part of the fixing opening 3 of the upper drum cylinder 4 dissolves, and its dissolved part precipitates on the surface of the electrode 6. In this case, the surface of the edge part of the fixing opening 3 smoothes gradually on account of its own dissolution to form a polished face. Thus a burr caused by machining can be thoroughly removed.</p> |
