<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a deterioration in a boundary part between a dynamic picture mode and a static picture mode by introducing an adaptive movement processing by a movement coefficient to both YC separation and scanning line interporation. CONSTITUTION:The mixing ratio of signals N and O changes depending on the size of a different signal between frames, it is subtracted from a signal L by a subtraction circuit 63, and when it is multiplied by 1/2 times in a counting circuit 64, the mixing ratio of the signal between the frames and the mixing ratio of the signal in a field move and it results in changing by a movement coefficient (k). When it is band-controlled in a BPF 65, a conveyance color signal C which is adaptable to the movement and less in deterioration can be obtained. Thus, when a subtraction is executed in a subtraction circuit 67 from an L signal through a delay circuit 66, a luminance signal Y which is adaptable to the movement and less in deterioration can be obtained.</p> |
