摘要 PURPOSE:To adjust laser output automatically, by obtaining the maximum value of laser output in accordance with a procedure corresponding to a pattern after judging to what phase patterns among a plurality of the predetermined phase patterns an output value at three optional positions having respective adjustment directions taken by each mounter belongs. CONSTITUTION:Several kinds of laser output phase patterns are determined. Bidirectional adjustment for respective laser optical axes of a primary mirror mounter 1 and an output coupler 12 is performed one by one and then, its output value is sampled into three pieces. The resultant phase patterns are compared one another and the maximum value is obtained in accordance with a procedure and the other stepping motors M1-M4 are adjusted so that the laser output value does not exceed the allowed value. In this way, adjustment is not carried out by mounter's own way but is performed surely by the stable, automatic control of laser output.
