The other end of the interlocking plate 3 is pivotally fitted on the rotary shaft 9 of a crank shaft 10. On the other hand, the supporting shaft 8 is pivotally fitted on the supporting shaft displacement mechanism G including a displacement plate 4 capable of being adjusted in its operation by a displacement screw 12, around a displacement shaft 11.
