PURPOSE:To make an electrolyte quickly impregnate for improving productivity by heating the electrolyte up to a prescribed temperature higher than a room temperature for being injected into a case body and a cap. CONSTITUTION:An electrolyte is heated up to a prescribed temperature higher than a room temperature for being injected into a case body 10 and a cap. Since viscosity of the electrolyte is lowered by heating, said liquid quickly impregnates in a sheet-shaped electrode 12. The more of the electrolyte (ion density) impregnates the sheet-shaped electrode 12, the longer a product life, moreover the less a fraction (ESR defect). Thereby, there is no electrolyte leakage from the case body and the cap at the time of interprocess transfer so as to heighten working speed of a built-up automatic.
