PURPOSE:To provide multiple functions to the title device by disposing a sample base, X-ray source and X-ray detector rotatably around the central axis of a sample. CONSTITUTION:A hollow cylindrical part 12 extending perpendicularly is fixed to a base plate 10. The sample base 21 includes a shaft 32 which is fixed thereto and extends downward in the cylindrical part 12 and a worm wheel 23 which is fixed to the bottom end thereof. A detector arm 31 fixed with the x-ray detector 37 includes a hollow shaft 32 which is fixed thereto and extends downward to enclose the cylindrical part 12 and a worm wheel 33 which is fixed to the bottom end thereof. An X-ray tube arm 41 mounted with the X-ray tube 48 via a slide mechanism 47 includes a hollow shaft 42 which is fixed thereto and extends downward to enclose the shaft 32 and a worm wheel 43 which is fixed under the same. A worm is meshed with the respective worm wheels and the worm wheels are rotated around the central axis 15 of the sample by respective pulse motors. Two of the sample base 21, the detector 37 and the X-ray tube 48 are thus cooperatively operated and the remaining one is fixed, by which the respective functions are obtd. |
