Particulate animal feed supplement contains: (a) a mixt. of Ca salts of isobutyric acid (IBA) and isovaleric (IVA), valeric (VA) and/or 2-methylbutyric acid (MBA); and (b) 5-15% of an additive comprising 60-180 (70-100) esp. 90-100 wt.% coconut oil of I2 valve over 5 and 40-0 (30-0) esp. 10.0% tallow. Animal feed compsn. comprising the supplement is also claimed.
