PURPOSE:To secure combustion stability which is excellent at all times by providing a replacement port opening between the intake and exhaust ports, and an auxiliary replacement port opening at the exhaust port, and making pressurized air selectively suppliable to one of these replacement ports on the basis of the fuel quantity increase detection result. CONSTITUTION:A fuel supply means A is provided at the air intake on passage 9 of a rotary piston engine 1, and this fuel supply means A conducts control in order to increase the supply quantity of fuel in accordance with the increase of an engine revolution change by means of a fuel quantity increase means B according to the output of an engine revolution detecting means C. Also, replacement port 13 and an auxiliary replacement port 14 are respectively opened at a rotor sliding surface between suction and exhaust ports 8, 11, and at the exhaust port 11, and pressurized air from an air passage 15 is made suppliable to respective ports 13, 14 through a changeover means D. And this changeover means D conducts changeover and control in order to supply pressurized air from the replacement port 13 side to the auxiliary replacement port 14 side by means of a control means F when a fuel quantity increase detected by means of a quantity increase detecting means E has become more than a predetermined value. |
