The circuit stores the frequently used Hangul code in the main memory and provides the output with 2 byte signal input through the line 0- 13. The non-frequently used Hangul code is provided with 16X16 dot matrix type when receiving the signal input through the line 14-23. The circuit comprises a data input circuit (1), a CPU (2), a main memory (3) for storing the frequently used Hangul code, an auxiliary memory (8) for combining the Hangul code not stored in the main memory (3), a displayer (5), a character counter (6), a line counter (7), a register (8), and a transmitter (9).
