Polyester resin compsn. comprised, per 100 wt.% polyester resin, (A) the thermoplastic polyester resin of polyethylen terephthalate and/or polybutylene terephthalate; (B) 0.1-30 wt.% of a polycarprolactone of n. ave. mo. wt. 200-2000, 50% or more of its terminal radicals being modified to make them non-reactive. The resin is of intrinsic viscosity 0.35 or more (O-cvhlorophenol. 35≦̸C).
