PURPOSE:To reduce cost by providing an optical system which converges optical signals transmitted from light-emitting elements and transmits them to a light- receiving element. CONSTITUTION:The optical signals transmitted from the light-emitting elements 21 are converged by the optical system 23 and made incident on the light- receiving element 24. Thus, the optical signals are transmitted from a rotating system 20 to a stationary system 22. Since the optical signals transmitted from the light-emitting elements 21 are converged by the optical system 23, the optical signals can sufficiently be transmitted even if the array intervals of the light- emitting elements 21 are equal to the diameter of a biased convex lens being the optical system 23. Consequently, the number of the optical elements considerably reduces and light-receiving efficiency in the transmission of the optical signals is improved, whereby an expensive optical fiber is eliminated. Consequently, the titled device can be realized at low cost compared to a conventional device. |
