<p>PURPOSE:To obtain excellent mechanical properties and chemical properties by mixing and agitating cement, heat resistant fine aggregate, etc., then atomizing and pouring specific liquid mixture to form fine particle pellets, kneading, molding the kneaded material in a predetermined shape, and then curing and hardening. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. of portland cement, 20-195pts.wt. of heat resistant fine aggregate, 5-30pts.wt. of quenched blast-furnace slag fine aggregate, 0.005-0.3pts.wt. of ultrafine quenched blast furnace slag, 0.5-5pts.wt. of short glass fiber, 0.005-0.3pts.wt. of fluid assistant are poured in a mixer, mixed and agitated while evacuating in vacuum it. Liquid mixer made with respect to cement ratio of 0.5-5wt.% of high performance water-reducing agent, 0.03-0.5% of superretarder, 0.2-10% of polymer dispersion and 18-40% of water is atomized, and poured to generate a pellet of uniform fine particles. The obtained many pellets are poured in a kneader having a strong shearing force, kneaded while evacuating in vacuum it, the obtained kneaded material is molded in a predetermined shape, cured and hardened.</p> |
