PURPOSE: To improve the workability for reinforcing a vehicle outside plate by attracting and sticking a magnetized molded reinforcing material to the inside of the outside plate, then heating and hardening the reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing material includes a main component selected from a group of a synthetic resin and synthetic rubber, and it contains one or two or more kinds of components selected from a group of a hardening agent, a vulcanizing agent, an accelerator, a foaming agent, a filler and an additive. One or two or more kinds of magnet materials of about 5-80 wt.% selected from a group of a ferrite magnet, a rare earth magnet and an Alnico magnet are mixed in the reinforcing material to magnetize the reinforcing material. This is molded into a sheet shape, and the reinforcing material is magnetized under the existence of magnetic field. A magnetized molded reinforcing material 20 is molded into a desired shape for a vehicle outside plate 10, and it is attracted and stuck to the inside of the vehicle outside plate 10. The molded reinforcing material 20 is fixed to the inside of the vehicle outside plate 10 by heating and hardening the molded reinforcing material 20. |
