<p>PURPOSE:To make a core small-sized and lightweight and to prevent the dielectric breakdown of a coil by a method wherein a magnetic material which can be magnetized permanently is inserted into the core and magnetized; magnetic flux is generated in the direction opposite to the direction of magnetic flux to be generated by a primary coil and the magnetic material is inserted in a position whose magnetization direction is perpendicular to the central axis of the coil. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material 32 which can be magnetized permanently is inserted into a core 10 and magnetized; magnetic flux is generated in the direction opposite to the direction of magnetic flux to be generated by a primary coil 14; a position 32 where the magnetic material is inserted is set in a position whose magnetization direction is perpendicular to the central axis of the coil 14. Accordingly, it is possible to increase magnetic energy from which only this magnetic flux in the opposite direction can be taken out. By this setup, the cross-sectional area of the core can be reduced; the core can be made small- sized and light-weight; when the magnetic material is to be magnetized, it is possible to prevent the dielectric breakdown of the coil.</p> |
