<p>PURPOSE:To improve reliability without being affected by means of a magnetic influence from an external part by discretely providing a superconductive layer between a protection layer and a base layer to encode it. CONSTITUTION:The superconductive layer 14 is provided between the protection layer 10 and the base layer 12. In such a case, the superconductive layer 14 is encoded by its physical position and size and stores information. Consequently, information is prevented from being lost whether the state is superconductive or normal conductive. Furthermore, information is prevented from being lost by magnetic influence from the external part since information is not stored by a magnetic operation. Thus, the storage medium which receives hardly magnetic influence and has high reliability can be obtained.</p> |
