PURPOSE:To efficiently reduce noise under conditions where noise transmission paths differ according to air condition modes by generating a sound wave having reverse phase to that of noise from an automobile air conditioner and frequency characteristics in response to air conditioning modes. CONSTITUTION:An automobile air conditioner is provided with cooling and heating exchangers 17, 18 and a mode switching damper 21 and the like, within a casing 15. In this constitution, on noise transmission paths, a plurality of sound generating means 1A, 1B are arranged, and on the upper stream side of the means 1A, 1B, a plurality of noise detection conversion means 2A, 2B, and also there is provided with an air condition mode detection means 31. Further, there is provided with a noise control means 4 which separates electric signals and inverses signals in the phase, and also supplies them as inversed phase control signals to the means 1A, 1B respectively, after noises detected are converted into electric signals of plural number of frequency bands according to the air condition modes detected. |
