<p>PURPOSE:To improve safety of worker, by enabling open/close operation of messenger wire grip section and rise/tilt operation of metal wheel through rotation of a coupling rod jointed to the metal wheel body thereby enabling wire developing work entirely on the ground. CONSTITUTION:A coupling rod 11 to be screwed with a metal wheel body 1 is provided and a cover section 2 is provided at the top section thereof. The cover section 2 is jointed to the metal wheel body 1 rotatably through a pivot shaft A so that the messenger wire grip section 4 formed between the metal wheel body 1 and the cover section 2 can be opened/closed through rotation of the coupling rod 11. When the messenger wire grip section 4 rotates in opening direction, a metal wheel 5 tilts simultaneously and can be removed from a communication cable.</p> |
