The device has the compressor (1) for a refrgierant, the electro magnetic clutch (27), the expansion valve (7) controlling the flux of a refrigerant, a thermocouple (11) and a barometer measuring each the refrigerant temp. (T1) and the pressure (P), and the operation device for a valve (6) controlling the degrees of the opening of the valve (7) according to a signal from the two sensors (11,12) with comparing the difference t(=T2-1); T2 the equivalant temp. and a prefixed criterion. When the abnormal (esp. less than) signals are given, the electromagnetic clutch (7) seperates the compressor (1) from the engine (26) by the critic component (18) and the recording component (24).
