PURPOSE:To perform termination of cable easily with high accuracy, by arranging round wires in parallel then fixing the wires with fixing tapes at two points at the opposite sides of cutting point thereafter cutting the wires. CONSTITUTION:Round wires 1 are arranged in parallel with intervals, then fixing tapes 21, 22 are applied at two points separated by a length necessary for joint at the opposite sides of a cutting point B. Then the round wires 1 are cut with a cutter 3. Finally, insulation coating is peeled off at the opposite sides of the cutting point thus exposing the conductor 4. By such method, shift between the end face of the insulation coating and the fixing tape can be set accurately and termination can be facilitated. |
