PURPOSE:To improve the performance of a winding, and to prevent the falling of a spacer by giving a high-voltage disk coil winding drum reaction equivalent to conductor tension at the time of winding and obviating the idle running of an external coil due to conductor tension at the time of the winding of the external coil. CONSTITUTION:A low-voltage helical coil winding-drum 7 is brought to a horizontal state, and a large number of conductors are wound cylindrically by the power of a drive box 3, thus manufacturing a low-voltage helical coil 8. The coil 8 is produced completely, a winding drum shaft 5 is erected at 90 deg., and a face plate 4a is installed at the upper end of the winding drum shaft 5. The diameter of a high-voltage disk coil winding-drum 10 is adjusted to the inside diameter of an external coil by displaceable winding-drum stoppers mounted to upper and lower face plates 4, 4a. The winding drum 10 is arranged among spacers 14a. The external coil is wound completely, and the winding drum 10 and the face plate 4a are removed. Accordingly, the idle running of the external coil due to conductor tension at the time of the winding of the external coil is prevented, thus improving the performance of winding and then obviating the falling of the spacers. |
