The electrical switch box cover (5) operating component (6) has a recess (25) which in the closed position of the cover works in conjunction with at least one pin (24) on the operating shaft (23). On the inside of the cover, is a non-rotatable stop hook (81) with a stop surface (10) arranged in line with and turned towards the recess in the operating component when the latter adopts a turning position corresp. to the 'on' position of the switch. Accordingly, the operating shaft (23) pin (24), which is accommodated in the recess when the cover is closed, is arrested by the hook stop surface when an attempt is made to open the cover, and prevents the cover from being opened. The stop hook is sprung in its fixture to the cover inside, and via a hole (15) in the cover can be activated so that it moves against its spring force. This causes its stop surface to be brought out of its position in line with the recess in the operating component (6), whereby the operating shaft pin (24) can leave the recess unhindered, and the cover is openable even when the switch is in the 'on' position. |
